He started out with Pittsburgh Des Moines Steel (PDM) and has since worked for two other tank erection companies. With over 23 years of experience he will be a great asset to Viking and our customers. Carter resides in Ankeny, IA with his wife and two children. He also sits on the AWWA D102 Coating Steel Water Storage Tanks committee and has presented for STI/SPFA – Steel Tank Seminars across the country.
