Aimee is a graduate of Capella University with a degree in Business Administration. She started her career path as a tax accountant in Minneapolis. Simultaneously her husband, Brandon (see above) were also the owners and operators of an adult foster care home where they cared for 3 elderly gentlemen in their home. When they had their first son Aimee decided to put her career in tax accounting on hold and stay home to raise their two boys. In 2014 Aimee and her family moved to South Dakota for a new opportunity. When her youngest started school in 2019 Aimee decided it was time to pursue a new adventure. In 2020 her family moved to Western Iowa to support Viking. Aimee oversees all bids to ensure they are completed in a timely manner.
